End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 25 March 2026

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Application
  • Use the Application for unlawful purposes
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Application without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application

3. USER DATA

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you provide
  • We may process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We are not responsible for data loss unless required by law

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application may integrate with third-party services, including Intuit (e.g., QuickBooks API). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data handling practices.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the Application remain the exclusive property of Teillo Technology Group.

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teillo Technology Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
